What to ExpectWhat does the body know that language has not yet named?
This workshop brings together movement and writing as a single practice — a space to discover the poetry that lives in the body, in sensation, in gesture, and in image.
Through movement scores, guided and intuitive movement practices, and embodied writing, participants are invited to move and be witnessed, to dwell in not-knowing, and to listen to the subtle language of inner imagery and sensation — allowing what moves within to find form in words, and words to find form in movement — the imaginal unfolding as the body's own dramaturgy.
Together we ask:
What metaphors move through us?
How do they shift as we move with them?
How might we listen to the poetry our bodies are already speaking?
An invitation to move with the unseen — to let the dream of the body reveal its own becoming.
No prior experience is needed — only a willingness to arrive, listen, and move with what is there.
