Our offers are rooted in the process and practices of Integral Embodiment, an interdisciplinary framework developed by Thomas Prattki in his over 35 years of research. It fuses creative practice - such as intuitive movement, guided drawing, painting and sculpting, holistic voice process, dream work, archetypal mask work, creative writing and meditation practices - with an exploration of relevant concepts in depth psychology, the humanities such as mythology, ecopsychology and philosophy, and the neurosciences.

how we work

Integral Embodiment incorporates, beyond others, key elements from Jacques Lecoq’s mythopoetic teachings, emphasizing the connections between archetypal dynamics, deep playfulness, and creative autonomy. It also draws from the Jungian perspective on personal growth and the process of individuation, as well as the expressive arts and body-based approaches of Maria Hippius to the Numinous in art-making and life-making.
