Stephen Meagher is an actor, improviser and theatre maker with a background in medicine.

Originally from New Zealand, Stephen trained in medicine before undertaking drama studies at The Drama Action Centre in Sydney with Bridget Brandon. He has practised Playback Theatre in Australia and around the world as an actor, conductor and teacher for over thirty years as well as creating traditional and devised theatre. He is currently teaching improvisation in Berlin. He is a recent graduate of the Integral Performance Making Program at the Thomas Prattki Centre. In his teaching work, his interests lie in using embodied and Jungian techniques with the processes of improvisation to access deeper layers of the subconscious, releasing states of flow and creativity.
